Belly Dance Therapy is a natural form of exercise and moving meditation for women, with the focus on either maintaining a holistic life style or improving any given aspect of a woman’s body or life in need of attention. It is a feminine dance, a dance that highlights a woman’s passion for herself.

When we dance and allow the rhythms of the music to take us into territories of momentary bliss, we feel good about ourselves – we feel loved! Belly Dance Therapy is an opportunity to find our way back to our hearts and reconstruct our confidence in pursuing our desires.

With detailed instructions of isolated core movements, as well as liberating dance movements and play-exercises such as dance meditation, each practice is a step further toward self-assessment and self-exploration of the physical, emotional and ultimately the spiritual body.
